Nadia Farooqi
Solicitor – Civil Litigation
Nadia achieved a First-Class Honours degree in LLB Law (Commercial Law) from the University of Hertfordshire, followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. After successfully completing her training contract, she was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2014.
Nadia specialises in Commercial Conveyancing and Civil Litigation. She has extensive experience advising clients on commercial property matters, including lease extensions and renewals, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, lease assignments, licences to assign and alter. She works closely with clients to ensure their interests are protected and that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
In civil litigation, Nadia assists with contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, possession proceedings, forfeiture matters, and general commercial disagreements. She supports clients through both negotiation and court proceedings, always aiming to achieve practical and cost-effective resolutions.
