Harrison joined Wellingtons Solicitors as Business Development Manager. Harrison is responsible for supporting the firm’s commercial development, client relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. His role includes assisting with business development, cross-border commercial projects, client liaison, operational coordination, and commercial support across a range of matters.
He has a background in Commercial and Contract Law, with over seven years of experience representing a variety of clients across both London and Europe. His experience includes client representation, contract negotiation and review, claims management, drafting official documentation, litigation, arbitration, and representative execution in relation to strategic commercial mergers and acquisitions, due diligence procedures, commercial assurance, compliance, and business transformation matters. Harrison’s expertise, commercial insight, and practical approach enable him to provide clients with efficient, commercially focused, and sustainable solutions.
Harrison works closely with the firm’s legal team to support efficient client service delivery, strengthen commercial relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.
