Cases

Natasha has recently been instructed to represent the Applicant in the hearing of an application for further disclosure within financial remedies proceedings.

The Applicant alleged that the Respondent had been withholding financial information which would affect the Court’s decision on the distribution of assets between the parties. The Respondent disagreed and stated that full disclosure had already been provided.

The Judge heard the application on 17 April 2025, one month prior to the Final Hearing. The Court ordered that the Respondent must provide specific further financial disclosure prior to the final hearing.
