Tetiana is a dual-qualified family lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in family and civil law across Ukraine and England & Wales. She advises clients on a wide range of private family matters and represents them in both negotiated settlements and contested court proceedings.
She acts in divorce and financial remedy cases, including matters involving an international element. Tetiana also represents parents in disputes concerning child arrangements and parental responsibility.
