The initial consultation is £325 + VAT. Further work is separately scoped and priced. We will explain the charging basis and any expected third-party costs before you instruct us.
Questions about commercial disputes
Will my dispute have to go to court?
Not necessarily. Negotiation and mediation may be appropriate. The available route depends on the contract, the evidence and how the other party responds.
What if I have already received court papers?
Tell us the date you received them and any stated deadline when you call. Sending an enquiry does not mean the firm has accepted responsibility for a response.
