Questions about commercial transactions and negotiations
Can you join negotiations already underway?
Yes. Send the current draft and a summary of what has been agreed, including any signed confidentiality or exclusivity terms.
Can you review only the most important terms?
We can discuss a focused scope. We will explain what that review covers so you can decide whether wider advice is needed.
