The initial consultation is £325 + VAT. Further work is separately scoped and priced. We will explain the charging basis and any expected third-party costs before you instruct us.
Questions about residential conveyancing
When does a purchase become binding?
On exchange of contracts. Until then either side can usually withdraw, so we explain the results of our review before you exchange.
Can you act on a leasehold flat?
Yes. A leasehold property needs a review of the lease, the service charges and the ground rent. Tell us about any lease extension or dispute at the outset.
