Fees and the first consultation
The initial consultation is £325 + VAT. Further work is separately scoped and priced. We will explain the charging basis and any expected third-party costs before you instruct us.
Questions about business acquisitions
Will you advise on the purchase price or tax structure?
We advise on the legal documents and risks. Valuation and specialist tax advice should be obtained from the appropriate advisers and coordinated with the legal work.
Can we buy only selected assets?
An asset purchase may be an option. The documentation needs to identify the assets and liabilities involved and any required transfers or consents.
