Questions about business purchases and sales
Should I obtain advice before agreeing heads of terms?
Early advice can help identify legal dependencies and points to include in the commercial negotiations. Tell us about any confidentiality or exclusivity terms.
Can the sale include the business premises?
It may, but the legal work depends on the property interest and any necessary consent. We consider the premises alongside the transaction scope.
