Questions about lasting powers of attorney
Does a will deal with decisions during my lifetime?
No. A will concerns your estate after death. An LPA addresses certain decisions during your lifetime, subject to its terms and the applicable rules.
Can an LPA address business interests?
Business interests need careful review alongside company and banking arrangements. We can discuss whether separate or specific provisions are appropriate.
