Questions about bankruptcy
Is company insolvency the same as personal bankruptcy?
No. A company and an individual have different legal positions. Personal guarantees or other circumstances can create individual exposure that needs separate review.
Can asset transfers solve a bankruptcy risk?
Do not assume so. Transactions can be examined or challenged in insolvency. Obtain advice before transferring assets or making selective payments.
