Questions about insolvency
Are you acting as an insolvency practitioner?
Our service is legal advice. Where a formal insolvency appointment or financial assessment is required, a suitably qualified insolvency practitioner or other adviser may be needed.
Should I wait until a formal demand arrives?
Early advice can help you understand the position before decisions are made. If a demand or petition has arrived, tell us its dates when contacting the firm.
