Questions about business disposals
Should I disclose problems with the business?
Accurate information and properly prepared disclosures matter. We can advise how relevant issues should be addressed in the transaction documents.
Can responsibilities continue after the sale?
Yes. Warranties, indemnities, deferred consideration and other provisions may continue. We explain the proposed commitments before you agree them.
