Niccolo is a corporate and commercial solicitor with a background in corporate transactions, private equity and financial markets law. He advises on share acquisitions, corporate governance, business restructuring and commercial and insolvency-related disputes.
Before Wellingtons, he worked in the City and later in Mayfair within the Corporate and Commercial department of an established law firm, where he was involved in private equity deals and company acquisitions.
